SHIPPING INFORMATION

Spas are manufactured to order and will ship within 15 business days after receipt of your cleared payment. This also allows for the necessary time to schedule a professional freight carrier. The spa will ship from the factory directly to your home anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately we cannot ship to remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, islands, addresses given as rural routes, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Estimated transit time after the spa ships is 5-10 business days. Our spas are shipped through a professional freight carrier so you can be assured that your spa will be handled with care. The delivery address must be tractor/trailer accessible or additional charges will apply. The freight carrier will contact you 12-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The phone number used to contact you will be the daytime and evening phone numbers you provide during checkout. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule, typically between 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday. Normally they will require a 4 hour window unless otherwise stated. The freight carrier will make one attempt to deliver before returning the spa back to its origination. You will be refunded for the spa but responsible for all shipping and handling charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Please be sure to be available during the entire agreed upon time. The freight carrier will unload your spa from the truck at curbside, but is not authorized to help you move, unwrap, set up, or install the spa. Please be sure to have adequate help on hand to move your spa from the curb to its intended location.

At time of delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, you must thoroughly inspect the exterior of the spa and spa cover for any visible damage; crushing, dents, scuffs, scratches, tears, etc. The driver is not required to wait for you to unwrap the spa and inspect it unless there is visible damage to the exterior. If it is obvious that there is damage, you may ask the driver to inspect the damage with you. If you consider the damage to be excessive, you may refuse the shipment and write, "REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE" on the delivery receipt. Be sure to keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact us immediately. After you accept delivery, the spa cannot be returned. In the event of any hidden damage contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. A toll free telephone number will be emailed to you with your order confirmation.
