Payment
For your shopping convenience we accept U.S. Postal Money Orders and all major credit cards through a secure PayPal payment link.  A Pay Pal account is not required.  Your credit card may reflect a charge by either Creative Leisure Products or our parent company, Kern Resources, LLC.  Sales to Michigan residents is subject to 6% state sales tax.

Shipping
Shipping is always included to the lower 48 states in our prices. Please contact us for rates to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.  Some items are shipped KD (knocked down) to allow for easier shipping. Instructions are included for quick and easy final assembly.  Each item is built to your specifications and will ship approximately 2-4 weeks after receipt of your order.

Returns
We will accept customer preference returns if the item is in a new and unused condition.  Customer preference returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item to the factory. A refund will be issued only when the item(s) are received and inspected at the factory and found to be in a new and unused condition.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the manufacturer will issue a Return Authorization for the item.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, it will be replaced at no charge.

All returns require a return authorization number which must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.  Without this number we will be unable to track or process your return.  Please contact us at sales@creativeleisureproducts.com to get a return authorization number.  If you prefer, you can also reach us by telephone at (616) 953-0140 during normal business hours in the eastern time zone.
